"I stumbled across Jorge and his lovely family through Workaway. I initially intended to stay for a few days but ended up staying for over 2 weeks. Needless to say it was epic! I had an amazing time learning more about the world of organic strawberry farming and the environment Jorge works in, surrounded by non-organic strawberry farmers in the local area. He's going against the grain of convention for farmers as he pursues a cleaner, more sustainable method of production.
